ZOPN is a comprehensive platform that integrates large language models (LLMs) to help users interact with documents, ask questions, summarize content, and manage projects. It offers tools like project management, user and role management, chat, summarization, custom chatbots, custom models, file management, and a custom API, making it ideal for businesses of all sizes looking to streamline document interaction and boost productivity.
To create a project, log in to your ZOPN account and go to the dashboard. Click the "Create Project" button, enter a project name and description, and adjust any settings as needed. Once created, you can upload documents and invite team members to collaborate within the project.
As a project administrator, navigate to the project settings and select "Add Members." Enter the email addresses of the team members you want to invite, then assign them roles based on the permissions you’d like them to have. Roles control what each member can do within the project, ensuring secure and organized collaboration.
The chat feature lets you converse directly with a language model. Within your project, select the chat option, type your question or prompt, and the AI will respond. Use it to brainstorm, clarify ideas, or gain insights related to your project content.
Upload a document to your project, then select the "Summarize" option. ZOPN will generate a concise summary, highlighting key points and essential details, so you can quickly understand the content without reading the full document.
The File Manager lets you upload, organize, and access documents within a project. You can create folders, categorize files, and search for specific documents, keeping all project-related files secure and easily accessible in one place.
A Custom ZOPN is a personalized chatbot tailored to your project. To create one, go to your project settings, select "Create Custom ZOPN," upload relevant documents, and set specific instructions for the AI. This customizes the chatbot’s responses to align with your project’s content and needs.
ZOPN prioritizes data security with encryption for data in transit and at rest. Access is controlled through user roles and permissions, ensuring only authorized users can view or edit content. ZOPN also adheres to industry-standard security protocols and conducts regular audits to maintain privacy and safety.
